Venue

Expo Mazury is one of the most modern fair and conference facilities in Europe and the second largest in Poland. It offers 50,000 sqm of total facility space, including over 2,000 sqm of conference space, as well as a modern air-conditioning and ventilation system, a wide range of AV equipment configuration options and catering facilities to serve 2,000 people per hour.

The facility is located in Ostróda, a well-known tourist town in Masuria – a region of Poland considered to be one of the most charming places in Europe. There are five lakes within the town limits, with another ten lakes next to them. The town is famous for its unique Ostróda-Elbląg Canal, on which "boats sail on the grass."

Access

Train
The best idea is to reach Warsaw Central (or Eastern) railway station first. Then take the Olsztyn Główny Intercity train and leave it at the Ostróda station.
On the spot take the ZKM bus no. 1 (stop at Jana Pawła II Street, next to Galeria Centrum Ostróda) and go to the Grunwaldzka Expo Arena NŻ bus stop ("on demand").
Self-drive
The building is located next to the S-7 expressway. The best way to get from Warsaw is through Płońsk, Mława and Nidzica on the Trunk Road No. 7 (DK 7). From southern and western Poland by the A-1 motorway; then it is best to exit at the Grudziądz junction and head to Ostróda by the Trunk Road No. 16 (DK 16). From the Tricity the access is the fastest: road S-7, exit Ostróda Południe.
GPS: 53.685N, 19.992E.
Aircraft
It is best to choose the Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport (GDN) because from here we will arrange a special shuttle to our conference.
The exact timetable of the shuttle bus will be announced in late January.

Where to stay?

There are less and less stay possibilities in Ostróda so we strongly encourage you to book a bed as soon as possible.

Tickets

The Early Bird Ticket, the Regular Ticket and the Late Decision Ticket (shown below) are valid for all talks on Saturday, March 2, 2019.
The conference pass, the Starter Pack, lunch, two coffee breaks and the after-party and starter-pack with dinner are included.
If you want to attend workshops on Friday, you have to order a ticket for workshop, separately (with lunch included).

If you need an invoice in PLN (Polish zlotys), switch to webpage in Polish.
If you wish to pay in another currency than EUR and PLN or you want to use PayPal, please contact us yet before you realise the payment, to avoid confusion.
